View on FacebookRanjeet Saxena (Shakti Kapoor) is one of the richest men in the country, he is very arrogant and class conscious. His sister Sapna (Shilpa Shirodkar) is in love with Ram (Mithun Chakraborthy), a Motor Mechanic. When Saxena comes to know about this he tries to buy Ram. When he fails to do so he asks his friend Varma (Raza Murad) to teach Ram a lesson and break his arms and legs. Sapna overhears his plan and tries to warn Ram but in ensuing fight she is killed. After some time Ram's brother Shyam (Irfan Kamal) meets Saxena's daughter Divya (Ankita Nigam) in college, unknown about their past. They fall in love when Saxena comes to know about this, he again tries to buy Ram.
This time Ram takes money from Sexena and builds his own business empire with that money. Meanwhile Varma's son Karan (Asif Sheikh) also falls in love with Divya but she rebuffs him. Ram competes with Saxena in business and destroys his empire bringing him on road. Saxena as a poor man realises his follies of past and asks forgiveness of Ram.
Shyama and Divya are united.
